Join Ericsson as our new People Business Partner, based in Tlaxcala, supporting a highly operational manufacturing environment. In this role, you will act as a strategic and hands-on HR partner, playing a key role in shaping people strategies while ensuring strong execution on the ground.
This position requires a strong focus on labor relations and unionized environments, combined with the ability to influence business leaders and drive a high-performance culture aligned with business needs.
What you will do:

Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to business leaders, providing guidance and influencing decision-making

Ensure labor and legal compliance, including active management of union relationships and collective agreements

Support, guide and coach leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace challenges

Drive key people processes, including talent management, performance, and workforce planning

Promote a high-performance and people-centric culture within a manufacturing environment

Support organizational change initiatives aligned with business needs

Monitor and analyze people metrics (KPIs) to support decision-making
The skills you bring:

Solid experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in manufacturing or plant environments

Proven hands-on experience managing labor relations and unions (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of labor legislation and collective agreements

Experience working close to operations and employees on-site

Ability to advise and influence business leaders

Advanced English (spoken and written)
