We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to help translate business needs into clear user stories and solution inputs for Agile delivery. You will partner with business users and the Scrum team to clarify requirements, support the definition of design, and ensure a shared understanding.

Responsibilities

Elicit business requirements through working sessions to define and secure business approval

Write user stories with business rules, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD) aligned to business expectations

Ensure user stories are unambiguous and complete to prevent open paths during development

Coordinate and follow up on mockups, wireframes, or prototypes to support visual design for requirements

Create process flow diagrams to document business requirement workflows

Attend assigned Scrum ceremonies and provide requirement clarification when needed

Support continuous knowledge transfer with a designated backup to ensure operational continuity in solution designs

Contribute to joint solution design activities to ensure user stories are covered and delivered as expected
Requirements

1+ years of experience applying Agile methodology in delivery teams

Experience in business analysis within the insurance sector

Strong consultancy skills to advise and align business stakeholders

Basic leadership skills to coordinate requirement discussions and follow-ups
-
User story writing skills, including business rules, DoR, and DoD
-
Process analysis skills to document workflows and propose clear solutions
-
Strong communication skills for facilitation and stakeholder alignment
-
English level: B1 or higher (both spoken and written)
