Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
This role leads key financial processes for the Andean region (Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador), including planning, forecasting, reporting, accounting, and investment tracking, while supporting the execution of strategic initiatives.
You will be part of the Latin America finance team and a key member of the regional finance organization, managing a budget of approximately $27 million USD. The role partners closely with finance leaders and cross-functional teams such as procurement, human resources, and operations.
As a strategic business partner, you will provide financial insights to support decision-making, drive performance, and ensure the successful delivery of business priorities. You will also play a central role in tracking productivity initiatives and providing visibility to senior leadership.
Your Impact

Partner with budget owners to manage financial plans, improve forecast accuracy, and achieve business objectives.

Lead the development of the annual financial plan.

Drive the monthly forecasting process, consolidating inputs and aligning with finance leadership.

Prepare financial presentations for leadership reviews.

Analyze actual results versus plan, identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring strong financial performance.

Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial close processes.

Manage monthly accruals and ensure proper financial documentation.

Deliver reliable financial results through strong stakeholder collaboration.

Track and evaluate productivity initiatives in partnership with operational teams.

Provide clear, regular updates on performance to stakeholders and leadership.

Act as the main finance contact for stakeholders, supporting financial queries and reporting needs.

Maintain financial structures and support budget-related processes.

Support compliance and cost control initiatives across the region.
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?

Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting (required).

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (required).

Advanced English – mandatory (must be able to lead business conversations).

Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and accounting processes.

Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and influence decisions.

Strong analytical skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Excellent communication skills across different organizational levels.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP is a plus.
