At NeoPerformance, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Team Leader to lead strategic client relationships, develop high-performing teams, and drive measurable business results through data-driven digital marketing strategies.
This role is ideal for a marketing leader who combines strong performance marketing expertise with leadership skills, client-facing experience, and a passion for helping both clients and team members grow.
What You'll Do Client Strategy & Account Leadership
- Lead the strategy and performance of a portfolio of high-value client accounts.
- Develop and oversee multi-channel digital marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact.
- Present performance results, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand account scope and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a cross-functional pod composed of media buyers, analysts, designers, and junior marketing professionals.
- Ensure team priorities, workloads, and deliverables are aligned with client objectives and agency standards.
- Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and quality assurance across client accounts.
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development initiatives when required.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Guide paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee campaign performance, budget allocation, testing frameworks, and optimization initiatives.
- Leverage analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking to generate actionable business insights.
- Translate complex performance data into clear recommendations and compelling narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to align messaging, user experience, and campaign performance.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Required: Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing teams in an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics platforms, and conversion tracking.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret marketing metrics, identify performance drivers, and make data-informed strategic decisions.
- Proven experience managing advertising budgets of $250K+ and optimizing performance-driven campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Experience presenting strategies, insights, and results directly to clients.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Professional-level written and spoken Spanish and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation programs.
- Experience working with SaaS, technology, fintech, or professional services companies.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, or related platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
