Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, or PMC roles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- ERP intermediate usage is a must.
- Experience with production scheduling and material forecasting.
- Knowledge of inventory control and material requirement planning (MRP).
- Proficient English (written and spoken).
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Monitor material availability to support production schedules.
- Follow up on material shortages and coordinate recovery actions.
- Analyze inventory levels and maintain healthy stock control.
- Coordinate material preparation according to production demand.
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Ensure timely material supply to avoid line stoppages.
- Perform material forecast analysis based on customer demand.
- Follow up on ECN implementation and material changes.
- Generate and maintain production and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
