Job Description:
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth across the Infrastructure and Oil & Gas markets. You will build trusted relationships with strategic customers, understand their business challenges, and identify opportunities to deliver innovative solutions.
In this role, you will lead complex sales opportunities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help customers achieve their goals through technology and industrial solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customer accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and customer success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract closure.
- Collaborate with technical, product, marketing, and support teams.
- Present tailored solutions that address customer needs and challenges.
- Monitor account performance and manage sales pipeline activities.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer satisfaction.

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience selling complex technology, industrial, or engineering solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel based on business needs.
