We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Travel Program Specialist to join our LATAM Travel team.
In this role, they will serve as the central coordinator for regional travel operations, making certain our employees experience smooth journeys while staying aligned with company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in corporate travel and expense management who thrives in a multinational, fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate offers in-depth understanding of LATAM travel regulations, applied experience with modern travel booking platforms such as Concur, and exceptional communication abilities in both English and Spanish to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to contact for all LATAM regional travel requirements, organizing complex travel itineraries and delivering top-tier support to travelers

Uphold company travel policies by leveraging local and regional know-how to inform and coach employees effectively

Oversee and streamline travel bookings via Concur Travel & Expense, tackling and resolving any system-related challenges that emerge

Advise employees on expense submission guidelines to improve clarity, ensure compliance, and ease the reimbursement process

Manage immigration-related queries and internal workflows such as Topia, and prepare support letters along with guidance for business visa applications

Communicate directly with local and regional travel vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and gradually raise service quality

Collaborate with internal cross-functional groups including Finance, HR, and Administration to keep travel operations aligned with wider business objectives

Support LATAM-specific reporting practices, internal controls, and travel audit workflows

Study travel data and produce reports that highlight trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas ready for process optimization
Requirements

At least 2 years of applied professional experience in corporate travel and expense management

Prior background acting as the go-to contact for regional travel requirements, organizing complex travel itineraries while providing excellent traveler support

Ability to uphold company travel policies by drawing on local and regional know-how to inform and coach employees effectively

Practical experience managing travel bookings within Concur Travel & Expense, including troubleshooting and resolving system-related challenges

Understanding of expense submission guidelines together with the ability to advise employees to ensure clarity, compliance, and a seamless reimbursement flow

Working knowledge of visa and immigration procedures, including platforms such as Topia, along with the capability to prepare support letters and guidance for business visa applications

Track record of maintaining relationships with local and regional travel vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and continually raise service quality

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups such as Finance, HR, and Administration to keep travel operations aligned with overall business goals

Involvement in LATAM-specific reporting practices, internal controls, and travel audit workflows

Analytical thinking to interpret travel data and produce reports that highlight trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process optimization areas

Strong written and spoken command of English and Spanish at B2 level or higher
