Oversees industrialization processes based on specific technologies by developing and executing, new product & continuous improvement processes based on AOP and growth projections for the site.
KEY JOB AREAS OF RESPONSABILITIES:
- Responsible to maintain updated the documentation of the processes (SOS, SCS, PFME)
- Responsible to develop, audit, follow and keep updated PFMEA and processes standards based on manufacturing documentation
- Responsible Setup compliance
- Responsible to making time and give suport in PPH compliance.
- Responsible of quick kaizen, knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process
- Partner with maintenance Eng. /Technician for trouble shooting analysis for key/critical equipment
- Improve processes controls for Quality and productivity, Poka Yoke design and implementation.
- Responsible to support the training and operator’s certification in the identified critical process.
- Lead line efficiency and improvement efforts (projects, pph, throughput, etc.).
- Responsible for measure and updating layout changes in Auto CAD
