Position Overview
We are looking for an Air Operations Executive to join our Freight Forwarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international air shipments from end to end, ensuring operational excellence, timely execution, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end air freight shipments (import and export)
- Coordinate bookings with airlines and logistics providers
- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers
- Review and prepare shipping and customs documentation
- Maintain communication with customers, overseas agents, and internal teams
- Resolve operational issues and ensure service-level compliance
- Monitor and achieve operational KPIs and internal process requirements
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations (air and/or ocean freight)
- Experience managing end-to-end logistics processes
- Advanced English proficiency (required) for daily interaction with teams in the United States and Canada
- Knowledge of logistics documentation and international trade procedures
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
