We are hiring Bilingual Sales Agents with strong job stability and proven call center sales experience to join a growing telecommunications company in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound sales calls for telecommunications products/services.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in English and Spanish
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs and conversion goals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $19,000 – $21,000 MXN/month
- commissions (earn more based on performance)

Paid Training
- Duration: 2 weeks
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Time: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Schedule
- Rotating or assigned shift within operational hours
- Two guaranteed days off weekly
Requirements
- 2+ years inbound sales experience (call center / contact center)
- Bilingual English-Spanish (advanced level required)
- Strong job tenure / employment stability in previous roles
- Proven sales performance and target achievement
- Full-time availability
- Must live near or commute easily to Benito Juárez, CDMX (Insurgentes Sur)
