We are looking for a passionate, creative, and nurturing English Homeroom Teacher for our K3 classroom to join our Early Learning team. If you believe in fostering curiosity, independence, and a love of learning during children's first educational experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Lead a K3 homeroom class in a fully English-speaking environment.
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
- Foster students' social, emotional, cognitive, and language development.
- Build strong relationships with students and families.
- Maintain a safe, caring, and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and school leadership.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching preschool or kindergarten-aged children.
- Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Warm, patient, collaborative, and highly organized.
- Passion for child-centered learning.
Montessori Certification
Experience with Montessori education is a plus, but not required.
The selected candidate will be expected to complete a Montessori Certification. The school is committed to supporting professional growth and will cover 50% of the certification cost.
