Your role
Tasks:
- Conduct technical project management in line with B2C and Symrise Project Practice.
- Development of seasoning solutions within Symcom system according to project briefing.
- Development of seasonings for different applications (e.g. snacks, processed meat, bouillons, sauces and dressings).
- Introduction of Raw Materials.
- Definition of quality inspection plan for raw materials, seasonings and applications.
- Stability evaluation protocol for raw materials, seasonings and applications.
- Upscaling processes.
- Technical presentations, workshops & customer engagement.
- Validation of development results/specifications.
- Project finalization and handover.
- Work & operational instructions: follow relevant work & operational instructions in daily work, maintain/update existing and develop new instructions, maintenance of technical equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and conduct subject matter expertise training (e.g. cross-regional)
- Advance, update and train safety, good manufacturing practices and work environmental guidelines
- Technical KA team lead on regional/global level
- Contribute & share experiences to advance cross-regional network
- To review and advance seasoning & application development best practices
- Professional execution and progression of existing SDAT task standards
- Successful and timely delivery of project briefs with complex challenges
- Actively and collaboratively contribute to positive team spirit
About you
- Experience: 10 -20 years
- Background: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Food chemistry, Food science, Engineer, Biochemistry or career related to chemistry or food science
- Other languages: English – Minimum CEF B2 / TOEIC 651-750
- Technical knowledge: Food, engineering and chemistry
- Competencies: Leadership, delivering results, commercial thinking, collaboration, strategic thinking, creativity and innovation
