Pulso Desarrollando Personas is conducting a confidential executive search for a National Distributor Sales Manager to join a global leader in high-tech industrial solutions.
We are not simply looking for a National Sales Manager.
We are looking for a strategic business leader who can develop a high-performing nationwide distributor network, build long-term partnerships, and drive sustainable growth through commercial excellence.
This role will be responsible for defining and executing the national distributor channel strategy, ensuring sales and aftermarket growth, strengthening distributor capabilities, and delivering operational excellence across the entire network.
REQUIREMENTS
A proven track record of leading national distributor (9 distributors at least) networks in industrial B2B markets.- Significant experience selling industrial equipment, machinery, or engineered technical solutions through distributors.
- Demonstrated success developing distributor capabilities, driving market expansion, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
- Strong strategic planning, commercial execution, and business transformation skills.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders, build long-term partnerships, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- An innovative, data-driven, and hands-on leadership style.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Full availability to travel across Mexico.
Experience within sectors such as Industrial Automation, Motion & Control, Fluid Power, Industrial Machinery, Manufacturing Technologies, Electromechanical Equipment, Filtration, Process Equipment, or other technical B2B industrial solutions will be highly valued.
