POSITION OBJECTIVE
Administer our HR Systems (PIDA & Salesforce) for Internal and BRP users across the globe.
Local support for PIDA Payroll System T&A, troubleshooting and Reporting
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Maintain local HR systems (applications and hardware) under our responsibility and Taleo/SFDC global
Manage access to HR systems- PIDA / SFDC
SFDC data reconciliation
SFDC - Taleo Daily Monitoring of blocked requisitions
SFDC Operational support (password resets, role permissions, etc.)
SFDC Debug & troubleshooting
SFDC Experience builder and site analytics (My BRP site management)
SFDC Report Global BRP Active Population
SFDC Global Job Architecture testing and troubleshooting
SFDC Global Holiday Calendar Annual Upload
SFDC Sfiler Delta Report
SFDC Support data integration between systems
Taleo Weekly Department Mapping Update
PIDA Backup Operational support (support for Mybrp, Time & Attendance)
PIDA Backup Reporting (surveys, family center activities, vending machine, Toolcrib)
PIDA Backup Audit compliance (Sanity check, PIDA version update, Interphase connection, Deactivativated users etc)
Crossknowledge (dataload and deactivation)
HR Tech (Internal Projects)
Improve delivery processes (Agile methodology)
Follow BRP values and behaviors
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy

HRIS Administration
Salesforce Admin Certification
English Intermediate

EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2 Years in: Similar positions
LANGUAGE:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially
French or German is an advantage.
