Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify client needs, provide accurate information, and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Handle customer service tickets, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by delivering high-quality service and consistent follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and service processes.
- Participate in training sessions to remain up to date on products, procedures, and service standards.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets in accordance with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective, solution-oriented responses.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required.
- CRM proficiency is considered an asset.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
