The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation throughout the hotel’s public areas. This role ensures that every space reflects the property’s excellence, overseeing the implementation of hygiene, safety, and quality protocols.
The main objective is to lead and support the housekeeping team in daily operations, maintain efficient processes, and deliver an impeccable environment for both guests and colleagues.
In alignment with Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, and One&Only Palmilla standards, the Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that all public areas consistently deliver genuine luxury experiences, anticipating guest needs through attention to detail, personalization, and flawless presentation. This position plays a key role in maintaining the iconic Palmilla standards of service excellence, warmth, and authenticity that define the guest journey.

You understand the importance of genuine hospitality and luxury service standards, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences that align with Forbes, LQA, and One&Only Palmilla expectations. You lead by example, ensuring every interaction, detail, and environment reflects the warmth, elegance, and excellence of the brand.
Monitor hotel occupancy, VIP arrivals, repeat guests, and group check-ins/outs to prioritize cleaning tasks accordingly.
Conduct regular inspections of guest and employee restrooms, lobbies, hallways, walkways, offices, and food & beverage outlets.
Plan and oversee deep cleaning projects such as carpet washing, marble polishing, glass cleaning, and furniture maintenance.
Motivate, train, and supervise staff while ensuring adherence to safety, hygiene, and social distancing protocols.
