RUI is expanding its operations in Mexico City and is looking for Bilingual Inbound Sales Representatives who enjoy closing sales and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs while working in a professional environment focused on long-term success.

What You'll Do

Handle inbound calls to customers who may be interested in upgrading or changing their Internet services.

Identify customer needs through active listening and consultative conversations.

Present products, services, pricing, and promotions effectively.

Build rapport and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Accurately document customer interactions using CRM tools and other systems.

Meet performance and quality goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Follow company policies, call flows, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment

Experience handling calls while navigating multiple systems simultaneously

Strong communication and active listening skills

Comfortable working with CRM platforms, browsers, email, and other computer applications

Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes

Advanced English proficiency required
What We Offer
