Marspros is a California-based solar and battery storage sales organization. We're hiring high-energy outbound phone agents in Mexico to dial our homeowner lead database — book appointments, confirm them, and recover missed ones for our U.S. closing team.
You'll be on the phone most of your shift. This is a dialing job for people who like dialing: high call volume, short conversations, clear goal — get a qualified homeowner on the calendar and make sure they show up.
What you'll do:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowner leads in our CRM (people our field team has already contacted)
- Book in-home consultations for our closing team
- Run confirmation calls on upcoming appointments and cut no-shows
- Chase reschedules, no-shows, and older leads to get them back on the calendar
- Log every call outcome in our system — every dial, every disposition
- Follow the approved script and compliance rules exactly. No improvised claims, ever.
Requirements:
- Near-native spoken English — confident, clear phone presence with U.S. homeowners is the entire job
- Fluent Spanish as well — part of our lead base prefers Spanish and you'll work both
- 1+ year outbound calling experience: telesales, appointment setting, collections, or U.S. call-center campaigns
- Comfortable making 100+ dials a day without losing energy or accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, computer, headset
- Available U.S. Pacific Time afternoons/evenings (when homeowners answer)

- Base pay in USD + uncapped bonus for every appointment that books AND holds
- Strong dialers earn well above local call-center rates — your output sets your ceiling
