Play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our customers' business needs and our cutting-edge analytics software solutions (IDA). You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional features within our platform, IDA.
- Understand client databases and their table relationships to accurately configure system integration.
- Write and utilize SQL scripts to merge data, perform analysis, and conduct data accuracy checks.
- Design and configure dashboards tailored to clients' key use cases and reporting needs.
- Write and maintain system documentation, process maps, test scripts, and use cases.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support and define business and technical requirements, operational processes, application strategy, and product implementation.
- Demonstrate a passion for identifying errors, proposing solutions, and taking proactive corrective actions.
- Engage in collaborative discussions, contributing innovative ideas and thinking outside the box to support project and task success.
- Provide critical analysis and troubleshooting support for technical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate various components of the web application.Become an expert in system installations, data integration/migration templates, and deployment procedures.
- Conduct performance monitoring and testing to ensure the stability of the system. Analyze the performance test results and provide actionable insights to enhance it;
- Identify manual processes in IDA and streamline operations and introduce new methodologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Identify areas for improvement in testing processes and methodologies; and
- Develop comprehensive test cases and execute them systematically. Regularly do user experience audits to ensure that the system works as advertised - dynamic, intuitive and interactive
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline
Experience:
- Experience with SQL, scripting languages, or system integration tools.
- Familiar with GIT and related source control tools.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English.
- Willingness to work on a different work schedule. Most likely will be working on graveyard shift or an early start.
- Excellent ability to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, ramp quickly, and meet demanding deadlines.
- Self-learner with passion for technologies.
- Outstanding ability to both work independently and coordinate across geographies.
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and drive for clarity. Able to deep dive in complex areas.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to interact productively in a team environment. Outstanding ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to a variety of cross-group stakeholders.
