About the role
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to manage a high-volume caseload and support injured workers through retraining programs. This role involves constant communication, coordination, and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Manage up to 150 active cases simultaneously
- Guide clients through program enrollment
- Coordinate with schools and training centers
- Track documentation and case updates
- Submit invoices and follow up on payments
- Handle escalations and client inquiries
Requirements
- 1–2+ years in customer service, call center, collections, or similar
- Strong communication skills (English & Spanish)
- Ability to handle high volume and multitask
- Attention to detail and organization
Nice to have
- Experience in workers’ compensation or insurance
- Experience handling sensitive cases
