About AED Log
AED Log is a US-based software company that helps organizations manage their AED (Automated External Defibrillator) programs — tracking inspections, maintenance, compliance, and readiness so businesses stay compliant with state laws and their AEDs stay rescue-ready. We're growing and looking for a driven appointment setter to help us bring more organizations onto the platform.
What You'll Do
- Cold call US-based businesses and organizations to introduce AED Log and schedule product demos
- Prospect and find your own leads online (we'll also provide leads to call)
- Qualify prospects and book demos directly on our sales calendar
- Keep accurate notes and activity records in our CRM
- Follow up with prospects who showed interest but haven't booked yet
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken English — near-native fluency, clear and confident on the phone (this is a hard requirement)
- Proven appointment setting experience — you've done cold calling and booked meetings for a B2B company before
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Self-motivated and organized — you can find quality leads on your own
- Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset
- Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM US Central Time
Compensation
- Base: $8 USD per hour (20 hours/week)
- Commission: Up to 10% when a client you booked moves forward with us
- Paid reliably in USD
- Strong performers will be first in line as this role expands to full-time
