The Profile We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Degree and Professional ID / Cédula are mandatory). A Master's degree in fields applicable to education is preferred.
- Language: English proficiency is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the educational field, working specifically within psychology departments at the middle school level and collaborating with parents.
- Specific Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge in applying and interpreting psychometric testing, and designing effective classroom management strategies.
- Key Skills: Effective oral and written communication, high levels of reliability and confidentiality, strong organization, punctuality, problem-solving, and a solid commitment to teamwork.
- Location: Ideally living in the western area of Monterrey (Cumbres / García zones).

Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, morning shift.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Thursday (Extended academic day): 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Location: The Hills Institute - Av. Madeira #9000, Colonia Puerta de Hierro.
