We're looking for an Associate Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our marketing team and bring our brand to life across a wide range of channels and formats.
As our Graphic Designer, you'll work on a wide range of creative projects, including paid ads, email marketing templates, website assets, sales enablement materials, webinar visuals, and video/motion content. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You Will Do:

Design and optimize creative assets for paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.

Create visually engaging email marketing templates that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Collaborate on website optimization projects by designing graphics and enhancing visual elements.

Develop sales enablement materials, including two-pagers, presentations, and promotional collateral.

Design webinar assets such as banners, cover images, and social media graphics to drive engagement.

Edit and produce short-form video and motion graphics content for social, web, and campaign use.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs reflect the brand identity and resonate with target audiences, managing projects and deadlines through ClickUp.
Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a marketing or agency setting.

Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint for day-to-day design work, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for projects as needed. An active Adobe license is a plus.

Basic knowledge of HTML

Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and basic UI/UX principles.

Experience working in ClickUp or similar project management tools.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach and an eye for detail.

Proficiency in English (B2+/C1/C2 Level), with the ability to understand and interpret creative briefs.

Authorized to work in Mexico without visa sponsorship.
What would make you an outstanding candidate:

Experience designing for a B2B company or B2B marketing campaigns (a strong standout qualification).

Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads and email templates.

Familiarity with tools like Figma, or Sketch.

Interest in cybersecurity or technology branding and visual storytelling.

Advanced motion graphics or animation experience (e.g., After Effects).
