What will you do?

Use of root cause analysis methodologies and leading accident investigations
-
Leading the implementation of HOP (Human, Organizational, and Performance) in their work areas
-
Leading the implementation of MOC (Management of Change) in their work areas, to participate in changes to new processes, machines, or layouts
-
Participating in risk reduction and elimination strategies for error-proofing
-
Active participation in various EHS forums, development and implementation of campaigns, and lessons learned
What will you need to succeed?
-
BS degree in Industrial, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or related field
-
At least 4 years of experience in similar positions
-
Knowledge of STPS regulations and follow legal compliance
-
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 implementation & participate en internal and external audits
-
Knowledge and management of risks and hazards, IPER matrices
-
Knowledge of environmental aspects and impacts
-
Knowledge of and experience working with contractor personnel and participating in the release of work permits
-
Knowledge of AI for EHS, Power BI, or other digitization tools
-
Intermediate English
