We Are Hiring – Manufacturing Cost Leader
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Cost Leader to drive cost control and financial efficiency in our operations. This role requires a strategic mindset, proven leadership, and strong expertise in manufacturing cost management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee manufacturing cost processes under the absorption costing method.
- Manage and analyze production costs, variances, and performance metrics.
- Supervise and coordinate physical inventory counts and inventory control activities.
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to optimize resources and improve accuracy in cost reporting.
- Develop, review, and present cost reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Lead and develop a team, ensuring best practices in cost management and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 8–10 years of proven experience in manufacturing cost control, financial planning, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of absorption costing methodology.
- Solid background in inventory management and physical inventory processes.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
