Responsibilities: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating effectively across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure successful outcomes. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related challenges. E
3+ years of experience in technology project management or coordination roles
Basic to intermediate knowledge of project management methodologies:

PMI / PMBOK (conceptual)

Agile frameworks (Scrum)
Hands-on experience managing:

Scope, timeline, and cost (project triangle)

Project tracking and execution
Experience supporting or participating in agile ceremonies such as:

Daily stand-ups

Proficiency in tools:

Microsoft Excel (tracking and reporting)
