We are looking for an experienced IT Field Technician in Baja California Sur, Mexico to support on-site projects.
Scope of Work:
- Physical installation and replacement of routers, switches, and servers.
- Rack and stack network equipment in server racks.
- Replace server hardware components as instructed (such as hard drives, memory, power supplies etc.).
- Perform cable management and ensure proper labeling.
- Verify hardware installation and connectivity.
- Coordinate with the remote engineering team for configuration and testing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with physical installation of network equipment and servers.
- Experience working with server hardware replacement.
- Good communication skills in English or Spanish.
- Ability to travel within Baja California Sur if required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $450.00 - $500.00 per hour
