Key responsibilities:
1- Process and manage incoming customer orders and quotes accurately and efficiently.
2- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with internal departments.
3- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and fax.
4- Support warranty, service, and repair/return processes, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
5- Maintain accurate records in CRM or ERP systems and update customer accounts as needed.
6- Utilize and support Customer Portals and EDI platforms where applicable.
7- General knowledge of the purchasing area
8- Opening to carry out planning and materials activities
9- Education: Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
Experience:
3 years’ experience in the position in the automotive or manufacturing industry
§ An Innovative and creative thinker.
§ Proficient in social media, Microsoft Office, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe and Professional PDF.
§ Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
*Languages: English (Intermediate-Advanced) for business communication.
