Job Description
A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for equipment and facilities, ensuring operational continuity and production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance team.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Ensure proper operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Follow up on critical equipment failures and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance consumables inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Monitor and report maintenance KPIs such as downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and preventive maintenance compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and EHS teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance and team supervision.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Experience with industrial machinery maintenance.
- Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintenance systems (CMMS/ERP preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Conversational English required (must be able to communicate in meetings, calls, and daily work interactions).
