About us
We're a US business-formation company (LLC formation, EIN, registered agent, and compliance services) competing in the same space as ZenBusiness, Bizee, and LegalZoom. We have steady inbound demand — what we don't yet have is someone who owns the conversation with the customer.
This is our first dedicated sales hire, and we're deliberately hiring senior. The right person can grow into a Sales Lead and build the team underneath them.
American English is a hard requirement. You'll be on the phone with US small-business owners every day. We need native or near-native American English — a neutral American accent, natural phrasing, and cultural fluency with US customers. Applications that don't clearly meet this will not be reviewed.
What you'll own
- Abandonment prevention & recovery — proactively reach customers who started but didn't finish formation/EIN orders; understand why they stalled and close the gap
- Post-purchase upsell — sell registered agent, compliance/annual report, EIN, business licenses, and banking add-ons to customers who've already purchased
- Inbound conversion — handle inbound leads, follow up persistently with high-value prospects, and convert
- Market intelligence — bring back what you learn from customers so we sharpen our offer, pricing, and funnel
- Process foundation — help us build the scripts, cadences, and playbook that future reps will run
You're a great fit if you have
- Native or near-native American English — neutral American accent, on calls daily (non-negotiable)
- 4+ years in inside sales / inbound sales / customer success-sales — ideally in business formation, registered agent, legal services, fintech, SaaS, or B2C subscriptions
- A proven track record of outbound recovery and upselling (please share numbers)
- Consultative, no-pressure selling style — we win on trust, not hard-sell
- Full overlap with US business hours
- Experience with CRMs and a comfort working from data/dashboards

- You've worked at or against ZenBusiness / Bizee / LegalZoom / Northwest Registered Agent
- You've been a first sales hire or built a sales process from scratch
