We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Personnel Services Coordinator to lead and oversee various critical aspects of industrial operations within manufacturing environments. T he ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of industrial canteens, including current regulations, NOM 251, as well as significant experience in personnel transportation services and uniform delivery to manufacturing personnel . Additionally, the candidate should possess strong personnel supervising skills, high negotiation abilities, and the capacity to effectively handle labor union relationships. A comprehensive knowledge of labor relations and human resources, along with the ability to travel for extended periods, is also crucial for this role.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven expertise in industrial canteens, personnel transportation services, and uniform delivery within manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated personnel management skills and experience in labor relations and human resources matters.
Negotiation, communication, and executive reporting skills.
Ability to adapt to organizational changes and make informed decisions based on statistical data.
