Thank you for applying for the P&L Analysis position with B&R Food Services.
This role requires strong Excel skills, high accuracy, and the ability to build clean, reusable analysis structures. A large part of the work in this role involves reconciling purchase orders, vendor bills, and identifying discrepancies quickly and reliably.
To help us evaluate your approach, please complete the assessment below and return your finished file within 48 hours.
You are given a Purchase Order and a Vendor Bill that should represent the same shipment.
Your task is to review both datasets and identify any discrepancies that could affect inventory, pricing, or financial accuracy. Build a clear reconciliation that highlights the issues and quantifies the financial impact.
The output should be structured in a way that allows us to audit it, review and quickly understand what went wrong and how much it affects the company.
Design your solution so the analysis could be reused if new PO and vendor bill data were added later.
