About the Role
TeamFicient is a dynamic organization passionate about creativity and visual storytelling. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to bring our ideas to life through compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. If you have an eye for design, a strong grasp of brand identity, and love seeing your work make an impact, this role is for you.
Core Responsibilities
Brand and Visual Design
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs that align with brand guidelines
- Create branding materials, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual style guides
Marketing and Content Design
- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, infographics, and presentations
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Candidate Qualifications
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio required; a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus, but not required with equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar)
Good to Haves
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Sketch
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or motion graphics
