What You'll Do
As a Desktop Engineer, you will help deliver reliable workplace technology solutions by:
- Partnering with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Security, and business stakeholders to understand technology needs and deliver reliable workplace solutions.
- Provisioning Windows and macOS devices using Windows Autopilot while supporting enrollment and configuration activities.
- Supporting Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS endpoints by troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, printing, user profiles, and application issues.
- Validating workstation builds against enterprise security, software, and configuration standards.
- Assisting with application packaging, deployment, and software distribution through Microsoft Intune.
- Monitoring endpoint compliance, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, operating system updates, and security baselines.
- Supporting hardware lifecycle activities including deployments, inventory management, returns, and replacement coordination.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure workplace technology remains secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Continuously expanding your technical expertise while exploring emerging workplace technologies, endpoint management practices, and modern engineering methodologies.

We would love to meet you if you bring:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Two or more years of experience in Desktop Support, Desktop Engineering, Workplace Technology, or a related IT role.
- Experience supporting enterprise Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint management technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, printers, peripherals, and workplace technology issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, endpoint compliance, and Windows security best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and improving workplace technology through modern engineering practices.
- Conversational English (B2+) and Spanish proficiency. French is a plus.
