Marketing Operations Agent, Eloqua
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technology-driven Marketing Operations Agent, Eloqua to join Thomson Reuters. This role is ideal for a marketing operations professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about leveraging automation and data to enhance customer experience, increase engagement, and generate measurable business impact.
You will design, deploy, and optimize marketing automation workflows, partnering closely with digital strategists, analysts, marketers, and event marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. This position combines structured marketing operations expertise with strong analytical capability, process discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset.
This is a collaborative, high-impact role requiring strong marketing technology expertise, data accuracy, and the ability to build alignment across stakeholders.
About the Role
As a Marketing Operations Agent, Eloqua at Thomson Reuters, you will:
- Design, deploy and optimize marketing automation and operations workflows to enhance CX, increase engagement and generate leads
- Deliver compelling marketing programs that engage customers, and use marketing technology skills to apply innovative digital solutions and analytics
- Collaborate across the organization with digital strategists, analysts, and marketers
- Work with 3rd party vendors & platforms
- Support a team of marketing operations specialists
- Drive marketing automation excellence using Oracle Eloqua
- Oversee audience segmentation, landing page development, and email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with event marketing teams to optimize campaign performance
- Champion innovation in our marketing technology processes
- Implement and maintain best practices in campaign execution
- Maintain high standards of marketing data quality through accurate segmentation, suppression management, and consent/preference management.
Own campaign QA processes across emails, landing pages, forms, segmentation, tracking, personalisation, and automation workflows to ensure accurate and error-free deployment.

About You
To be our Marketing Operations Agent, Eloqua, you will likely have:
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven proficiency in marketing automation using Oracle Eloqua
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience in managing complex marketing campaigns
- Track record of working in a process-driven environment while able to innovate
Comfortable with A=B testing, the required data analysis and producing recommendations
