Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for experienced Tech Support Representatives to join our Helpware team.

Key Requirements:
- Live within Guadalajara's Metropolitan Zone
- at least 1 year of tech support experience (in call center)
- Fluent English (C1) with strong written communication skills
- Full-time availability
