The Digital Transformation & Data Analytics Sr Planner creates the digital and analytics engine that enables Deployment to make better decisions, standardize performance visibility, and scale automation. This role transforms operational data, manual work, and master data pain points into common logic, actionable insights, automation opportunities, and more reliable processes that support long-term Deployment transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize, and help automate repetitive end-to-end Deployment activities that create manual work or execution inefficiency.
- Design common KPI reporting logic, dashboards, and performance visibility to ensure one source of truth across Deployment.
- Translate data trends, KPI performance, and operational exceptions into clear action paths and transformation priorities.
- Lead root cause analysis and insight generation to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen master data reliability by identifying recurring data quality issues, ownership gaps, and improvement actions.
- Partner with planners, Deployment Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to convert analytics findings into implemented process changes.
- Support adoption of digital tools including Power BI, Power Apps, Excel-based tools, SAP, and automation solutions.
- Create scalable methodologies for analysis so insights move from local planner solutions to structural Deployment improvements.
- Track benefits from automation, analytics, and master data improvements, including capacity released and performance impact.
Education & Qualifications:
- Solid experience in deployment, supply chain planning, logistics, analytics, automation, or process improvement.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, analytical models, or automation solutions that support operational decisions.
- Experience with master data issue identification, data quality improvement, or system-enabled process stability.
- Strong understanding of KPI management, operational trade-offs, and continuous improvement delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business analytics, data analytics, information systems, or related field required.
- 3–5 years of experience in similar roles required.
- Power BI, Power Platform, ASCM-APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or analytics certification preferred
