Role Purpose:
This position is designed to bring administrative support to the HR team with culture activities, integration of employee records, data entry functions and administrative support with the recruitment process.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 2 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:A person in this position performs the following functions:
- Support the communication of employee activities, initiatives, and benefits through channels such as the intranet and email.
- Review new hire documentation and identify and report any missing or incomplete documents.
- Support onboarding logistics, including access requests, equipment coordination, and first-day welcome activities.
- Support the posting and updating of job openings across various recruitment platforms.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews.
- Assist with entering and updating information in internal HR systems.
- Follow up on pending documentation and pending items for new hires.
- Assist with offboarding documentation and checklist completion.
- Support compliance tracking, including document expiration dates and mandatory training completion.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events for Servicios Corporativos.
- Maintain employee records and files accurately and up to date, handling all information with confidentiality.
Knowledge, skills, experience & education:
- English proficiency: Advanced
- Bachelor’s student in Administration, HR, Communication or similar
- 6 months of experience in similar position - desired
- Design skills - Desired
- MS suite advanced
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail and organization skills
- Generational awareness and creative mindset
