Experience: 3–5 years of experience in logistics, automotive operations, transportation, or yard management.

At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience.

Experience managing finished vehicles is highly desirable.

Experience in automotive logistics, vehicle yards, ports, distribution centers, or transportation operations is preferred.

· Supervise the daily operation of the finished vehicle yard.

· Coordinate the receiving and dispatching of vehicles according to operational schedules.

· Ensure proper vehicle positioning, parking, identification, and inventory control.

· Monitor vehicle movements within the yard and compliance with established procedures.

· Coordinate vehicle inspections upon receipt and before dispatch.

· Ensure vehicles are handled according to manufacturer and customer requirements.

· Monitor vehicle conditions and report damage, discrepancies, or abnormalities.

· Coordinate with transportation providers, carriers, customers, and internal departments.

· Ensure accurate tracking of vehicle locations and status.

· Monitor loading and unloading operations.

· Verify that vehicles are properly documented before release.

· Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, quality requirements, and customer procedures.

· Supervise personnel and assign daily activities according to operational requirements.

· Monitor attendance, productivity, performance, and adherence to procedures.

· Conduct daily operational meetings and communicate priorities to the team.

· Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

· Monitor yard capacity and optimize parking spaces.

· Coordinate resolution of operational incidents and customer claims.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

· Monitor operational KPIs and establish improvement actions.

· Support audits and customer visits.

· Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Sueldo: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mes
