Objective:
Financial Business Partner responsible for analysing financial statements related to Logistics. Responsible to coordinate a multifunctional team (planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehouse, and manufacturing) to take action on improvement opportunities. Follow up on all action plans and monitor any possible financial impacts.
Month end closing & costing processes SAP.
Close connection and partnership with Logistics leadership and team.
Active participation in AOP, forecast process & KPIs measurement.
Key Activities/ Deliverables:
Closing, Reporting and Support to Ops team: Measure operational KPIs, collaborate to create the Monthly Logistics Review (MPR) presentation, elaborate and present to operational team the performance in weekly forums, guidance and action plans creation to achieve the objectives. Ensure the accomplishment of all closing processes: provisions, charges, reclassifications to reflect the correct number of Logistics Spending and Inventory.
Operation & Control: Create new routines and procedures to ensure the correct business at minimum risks
Forecast & budgeting: Control of actual Distribution, Warehousing and Supply Chain Losses costs, build AOP and monthly forecast of Variable Logistics Cost, SCL and Inventory.
Competencies (experiences/ Education):
University Graduate – Finance, Industrial Engineering, Administration
4 Years: Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance (Prior experience in Logistic Finance/Supply Chain Finance Required)
