LifeSource Water Systems, California’s dominant residential water treatment company, is seeking a highly motivated Remote Sales Assistant / Customer Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships – our top priority.
- Handle inbound sales and service calls, inputting details into our CRM.
- Set appointments for prospective customers from inbound calls.
- Re-engage stale leads from the CRM via calls and texts to schedule appointments.
- Follow the clients sales process and maintain regular communication with management.
- Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support via phone, text, and email.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the CRM.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive impression on all customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
o 3+ years of experience in similar roles
o Experience with Inbound & Outbound sales
o Experience with customer support and sales
o English and Spanish (preferred) - written and spoken
o Experience using CRM
· Soft skills: Accountability and professionalism. Team player. Highly organized and detail oriented.
· Compensation range: $1,800 - $2,000 USD per month + performance bonus after probation period
· Benefits: 10 days of PTO after 1 month - US holidays, not local
· Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time + different hours/weekends (if needed only)
