The Pay:
- Base Salary: $1,000 USD/month (Guaranteed).
- Commission: Significant bonuses for every closed deal sourced by you.
- Target Earnings: Our top performers earn $1,500+ USD consistently.
Your Mission:
- Hunt for Deals: Dial 150+ homeowners a day to identify potential sellers.
- Build Rapport: You know what a "fixer-upper" is. You know how to talk to Americans about their neighborhoods. Use that cultural knowledge to keep sellers engaged.
- Qualify & Transfer: Gather details on the property condition (roof, HVAC, updates) and motivation, then pass the hot lead to our Acquisitions team.
Requirements:
- Native/Bilingual English: Your accent must be indistinguishable from a native US speaker. (Previous time living in the US is a huge plus) .
- Sales DNA: You aren't afraid of rejection. You treat "No" as just a step toward "Yes".
- Reliability: You are available M-F during US Business Hours (CST/EST) and have a professional home office setup.
