Gutter Guru is one of the fastest-growing exterior maintenance companies in the U.S., providing rain gutter and dryer vent cleaning services to apartment communities, HOAs, commercial properties, and hotels across multiple states.
We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Account Manager who can manage customer relationships from the initial inquiry all the way through job completion.
What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility is to ensure every customer receives a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
Sales & Customer Service
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer emails.
- Prepare and send quotes.
- Follow up with prospects to close opportunities.
- Create and manage deals in Pipedrive CRM.
Job Coordination
- Schedule jobs with customers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate schedules, site access, and job details.
- Ensure subcontractors have all necessary information before each job.
- Keep customers updated throughout the process.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate any changes.
Account Management
- Monitor every job until it is successfully completed.
- Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in Pipedrive and company systems.
Requirements
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales or account management experience preferred
- Experience working in construction companies preferred
- Experience managing crews preferred
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience with CRM software (Pipedrive is a plus)
Compensation
- Base Salary: USD $880/month
- Performance Commission: Typically $1,000–$2,000/month, based on the number of successfully completed jobs you manage.
- High performers have excellent earning potential.
