Job Responsibilities
1. Perform and supervise laboratory procedures including egg retrieval, fertilization, embryo culture, freezing, thawing and transfer.
2. Ensure quality control in the embryology laboratory and maintain high safety and cleanliness standards.
3. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to protocols.
4. Document all laboratory processes accurately and confidentially.
5. Train and guide junior embryology staff as needed.
6. Cooperate with medical teams to optimize treatment outcomes.
7. Comply with medical ethics, laboratory regulations and quality management systems.
Job Requirements
1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Embryology, Biology, Biomedical Science or related field.
2. Significant professional experience as an embryologist in fertility / assisted reproduction laboratories.
3. Deep knowledge of IVF, ICSI, embryo biopsy, vitrification and related techniques.
4. Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is required.
5. Rigorous, precise, responsible, with strong hands-on skills and teamwork.
6. Ability to maintain calm under critical conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
