We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance Operations team as an Americas Financial Close Analyst. This position will support the Americas Financial Close team in executing key Month-End Close (MEC), compliance, reporting, and finance support activities.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced English proficiency, and solid technical capabilities in Excel and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Month-End Close (MEC) activities for the Americas region
- Assist with journal entries, allocations, reconciliations, and recurring close tasks
- Support SOX compliance activities, including control execution and evidence preparation
- Assist internal and external audit processes and requests
- Handle finance-related tickets and user inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
- Ensure compliance with internal finance policies, controls, and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support data validation and reporting accuracy across assigned activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, Audit, or related areas
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Month-End Close processes
- Exposure to SOX controls, audit support, or compliance activities
- Experience working in multinational or shared services environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
