At Intugo, we partner with a foreign company specializing in digital media and online consumer services. We are currently seeking a Collections Specialist (Temporary) to support the Accounts Receivable team by managing customer accounts, resolving outstanding balances, and ensuring accurate payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding outstanding balances through calls and email.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and help resolve account discrepancies.
- Process collections, update account records, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Reconcile payments and research billing or payment issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer account concerns.
RequirementsMust-Have
- 1+ year of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, or Data Entry.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
- Accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.
- Experience with Great Plains or similar ERP systems.
- Experience working with U.S. clients.
