Job Title: Contract Associate Analyst
Location of the position: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
Job Description-
Conducting thorough investigations of internal systems and online storage locations to compile comprehensive records of supplier relationships, including agreements, amendments, orders, and spending patterns over time.

Interpreting / analyzing software licenses and service agreements, plus their associated SOWs, quotes, and purchase orders, working without benefit of legal or financial support resources.

Drawing internal requirements, timelines, and budgets from internal stakeholders to plan negotiations, then drumming up consensus for those negotiation plans

Executing negotiations plans with external vendor teams, leading compromise formation and driving to agreed outcomes

Presenting on negotiation progress and outcomes to stakeholders, building support for approval and execution of contracts

Documenting progress into daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including end-of-negotiations wrap-up documentation

Organize, catalog, document information and create processes and structures to increase the team’s overall capability and efficiency over time
