Bilingual Appointment Setter - U.S. Roofing Company
Location: 100% Remote - Mexico
Pay: $50-$101 MXN per hour + performance bonuses
Hours: 20-40 hours per week
Schedule: U.S. Central Time
Over The Top Restoration, a U.S.-based roofing and restoration company, is hiring English-speaking remote appointment setters who reside in Mexico.
Your job is straightforward: call homeowners in the United States, introduce our company, and schedule qualified homeowners for free roof inspections with our sales team.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to U.S. homeowners
- Follow our company script
- Have natural conversations in English
- Schedule qualified roof inspections
- Record customer information in our CRM
- Follow up with interested homeowners
- Meet daily performance goals
We provide the leads, dialing system, CRM, script and training.
Pay & Hours
$50-$101 MXN/hour
20-40 hours per week
+ Performance bonuses
Pay and available hours are based on experience, English communication ability, reliability and performance.
High performers can earn additional compensation through bonuses and have opportunities for more hours, increased pay and advancement.
Requirements
- Must currently reside in Mexico
- Excellent conversational English
- Comfortable speaking with American homeowners
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Reliable computer
- Quality headset/microphone
- Quiet place to work
- Available during U.S. Central Time hours
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Dependable and coachable
Experience in appointment setting, call centers, sales, telemarketing, roofing, solar, insurance, real estate or U.S. customer service is preferred but not required.

English Screening
Applicants selected for consideration will be asked to provide a 60-second voice recording in English introducing themselves and describing their experience.
Strong candidates will then complete a short interview and homeowner role-play.
