About the Role:
Manage and develop relationships with B2B clients by generating sales opportunities and efficiently closing deals, contributing to the company’s growth and profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on leads and potential clients through phone calls, emails, and digital tools.
- Identify sales opportunities and prepare commercial proposals.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information regarding clients, opportunities, and activities.
- Achieve and exceed the sales targets established by the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Provide support to clients throughout the sales process and resolve questions or issues.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms).
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum 90% spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Basic interpretation of CNC plans and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward sales targets.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
