Perform weekly raw material planning thru JDE.
Ensure raw material availability to meet customer´s requirements.
Analyze and confirm with suppliers any forecast/demand fluctuation.
Daily review of Crystal reports (exception planning report, past due RANs, critical components, top ten high inventory value components).
Communicate issues to Production Control teams.
Meet Autoliv Standards
Review and close material receiving discrepancies in time and quantity.
Update and present monthly KPIs (OTP, Inventory turns).
Establish and notify implementation dates of components in revision changes to avoid obsolescence.
Effective communication to all teams when critical components with suppliers.
- Bachelor’s Degree ( Business or Industrial Engineering)
- 2+ years of previous experience in the Automotive Industry
- Advanced English skills
- Supply chain (planning and inventory management)
- Project management
- Negotiation
- JDE (CPLAN)
